Welcome to your first weekly SP manifestation activity!
This week, we are going to focus on becoming the version of you who already feels chosen, loved, secure, and prioritized by your specific person.
For the next seven days, your goal is not to chase your SP, constantly look for movement, or search the 3D reality for proof that your manifestation is working. Instead, you are going to practice giving yourself the feelings and reassurance you have been waiting to receive from them.
This challenge only requires about 15 to 20 minutes each day, but you can spend longer on it if you wish.
What You Will Need
Before you begin, gather the following:
- A notebook or manifestation journal
- A pen
- A quiet place where you can be alone for a few minutes
- An open mind and a willingness to remain consistent for seven days
At the top of a fresh journal page, write:
“I am already chosen. I am already loved. I am already secure.”
This will be your main affirmation for the week.
Day 1: Meet the Version of You Who Has It All
Today, imagine the version of you who is already enjoying a happy, secure, and mutually loving relationship with your SP.
Write one full page describing this version of yourself.
Consider the following questions:
- How does this version of me feel when I wake up?
- How do I think about myself?
- How do I expect to be treated?
- How do I respond when something does not immediately go my way?
- What have I stopped worrying about?
- What do I now believe about love and relationships?
- How do I carry myself throughout the day?
Do not focus only on what your SP is doing. Focus on who you have become now that you feel loved and secure.
Finish today’s entry by writing:
“This version of me is not somewhere in the future. I am choosing to become this version of me now.”
Day 2: Rewrite the Old Story
Today, identify the old story you have been repeating about your SP manifestation.
Your old story may sound like:
- “They do not want me.”
- “They are ignoring me.”
- “They always choose someone else.”
- “Relationships never work out for me.”
- “Nothing is changing.”
- “I have to convince them to love me.”
Write down three old beliefs that have been keeping you stuck. Next to each one, write a new belief that supports the relationship you desire.
For example:
Old story: “I am always overlooked.”
New story: “I am naturally noticed, valued, and chosen.”
Old story: “My SP does not think about me.”
New story: “I am unforgettable, and my presence leaves a loving impression.”
Old story: “Love is difficult for me.”
New story: “Healthy, mutual love comes naturally to me.”
Read your three new beliefs slowly three times. You are not trying to fight your old thoughts. You are simply choosing which story you want to continue feeding.
Day 3: Write a Page From Your Fulfilled Future
Imagine that your SP manifestation has already unfolded in a healthy, loving way. It is now three months later, and you are writing about your relationship in your journal.
Begin with:
“I am so happy and grateful now that…”
Continue writing as though the relationship you desire is already part of your normal life.
Describe:
- How secure and peaceful you feel
- How naturally you communicate
- How loved and appreciated you feel
- What has changed within you
- A simple moment you recently shared
- Why the relationship feels healthy and mutual
Try not to turn this into a desperate wish list. Write with the calm energy of someone describing something that already feels natural.
When you finish, close your eyes for one minute and allow yourself to feel the relief of no longer needing to wonder when it will happen.
Day 4: Go on a Mental Diet
Today, pay close attention to the thoughts you repeatedly entertain about your SP.
Every time you notice yourself thinking something that contradicts your desired outcome, gently pause and replace it.
For example:
- “Why haven’t they contacted me?” becomes “Communication between us is natural and consistent.”
- “What if they choose someone else?” becomes “I am worthy of mutual love and commitment.”
- “Nothing is working.” becomes “Things can shift even when I cannot see the movement yet.”
- “I need proof.” becomes “My sense of security begins within me.”
Keep a tally in your journal each time you successfully redirect a negative thought. This is not about punishing yourself for having doubts. The purpose is to become aware of how often you automatically return to the old story.
At the end of the day, answer this question:
“Which thought tried to pull me back into the old story most often?”
Then create one new affirmation specifically designed to replace it.
Day 5: Give Yourself What You Want From Your SP
Today, make a list of five things you want to receive from your SP.
Perhaps you want:
- Attention
- Reassurance
- Affection
- Appreciation
- Consistency
- Commitment
- Respect
- Quality time
Now choose at least three of those things and find a way to give them to yourself today.
If you want attention, spend uninterrupted time doing something you enjoy.
If you want appreciation, write down ten qualities you genuinely appreciate about yourself.
If you want consistency, keep one small promise you made to yourself.
If you want affection, speak kindly to yourself and care for your body.
If you want reassurance, remind yourself that you do not have to earn your worth.
Manifestation is not about pretending that you never want love from another person. It is about no longer withholding love from yourself while waiting for someone else to provide it.
Day 6: Create Your Inner Conversation
Today, write a short imaginary conversation between you and your SP.
Keep the conversation loving, natural, and believable. Focus on the essence of what you want to experience rather than trying to control every word or action.
Your SP might say:
“I love how easy it feels to talk to you.”
“You mean so much to me.”
“I’m grateful that we found our way to each other.”
“I want you to feel secure with me.”
Write how you would respond as the confident, chosen version of yourself.
Read the conversation once in the morning and once before bed. As you read it, imagine the tone of their voice and the peaceful feeling of being loved. Then release it and continue with your day.
Day 7: Live One Day as the Chosen Version of You
For the final day of the challenge, act from your new self-concept as often as possible.
Ask yourself throughout the day:
“What would the secure, loved, and chosen version of me do right now?”
Would that version of you repeatedly check your SP’s social media? Probably not.
Would that version of you spend the entire day wondering when they will text? No.
Would that version of you take care of yourself, enjoy your day, and trust your worth? Absolutely.
This does not mean pretending your current circumstances do not exist. It means refusing to let temporary circumstances determine how valuable, lovable, or secure you are allowed to feel.
Before bed, write your answers to these questions:
- What was the biggest change I noticed in myself this week?
- Which daily activity helped me the most?
- What old belief am I ready to leave behind?
- When did I feel most secure and confident?
- What new belief do I want to carry into next week?
- Did I spend less time checking the 3D for reassurance?
- How will I continue treating myself as someone who is already chosen?
Your Final Challenge
Choose one affirmation from this week that feels especially powerful to you. Write it somewhere you will see it every day.
You may choose:
- I am already chosen.
- I am worthy of healthy and mutual love.
- I am naturally valued, appreciated, and prioritized.
- I feel secure because I know my worth.
- I no longer chase love; I allow love to meet me.
- I trust myself regardless of what the 3D currently shows.
- Loving relationships feel safe and natural to me.
Repeat your chosen affirmation whenever you feel tempted to return to the old story.
Remember, the goal of this challenge is not to perform each activity perfectly. The goal is to become more aware of the identity you are occupying. Every time you choose the new story, reassure yourself, or stop searching for outside proof, you are strengthening the version of you who feels worthy of the love you desire.
Come back next week for a brand-new SP manifestation activity. We will build upon the work you completed this week and focus on creating a powerful manifestation scene that feels natural, believable, and emotionally fulfilling.
Until then, keep choosing the version of you who already knows:
You are worthy. You are loved. You are chosen.
